1) When I search it says "Sorry, no photos were found for the given filter."
- This could be happening for a few reasons, but the first thing you should try is searching for your photos manually. To manually search, go to chronotrack.com. At the top of the page you’ll see a tab labeled “athlete login”. Once you log in, create a profile if you haven’t done so already. Then, a window will pop up saying “Your Name, ChronoTrack Live Profile”. From there you select “past” under “events”.
- This will bring you to a list of the events you’ve raced at, along with your split times. Going back to photos, if your results say you crossed Barbed Wire at 10:30AM, start your search time at 10:25AM, so you can be sure not to miss when you crossed. Even if you receive photos by typing in your bib number, you can sometimes find even more by running a manual search. If there were issues with your timing chip, or the timing equipment, your photos were tagged manually, which means your photos were viewed and your number (if visible on your headband and/or arms/body) tagged your image as you. If you didn’t have your number anywhere visible on your body, you may have lost some photos.

2) I saw a photographer at an obstacle I crossed. Why aren't my photos from that obstacle showing?
- If that photographer was in fact a staff photographer, you should be able to find your photos. If they don’t show up by searching via your bib number, try searching manually for that obstacle based on your split time. See #1 for information on searching for your photos manually. Keep in mind a staff photographer will be wearing a blue Spartan staff shirt, a staff media badge, and/or a vest which says “PHOTO”.
3) I had my photo taken in the festival area, but I can't find it.
- If the photographer who took your photo was a STAFF photographer, those images will be uploaded to the Spartan Facebook page, as well as Spartan.com under the “Promo” tab. Keep in mind a staff photographer will not always post every image he takes. If you think your photo was taken by a Staff photographer and can’t find your photo on the Facebook page or under the Promo tab, chances are he did not upload that picture.
4) My timing chip fell off on course and I can't find any of my photos.
- If your timing chip fell off on course and if you have NOT talked to some one from the Results tent, you need to email email@example.com immediately to earn credit for your race. If your timing chip did fall off, you will need to manually search for your photos by time of day. Your timing chip is synced to the bib # you ran with, which ultimately syncs up to the photos uploaded to our database. This process enables you to search your photos using your bib #.
