Invoices (valid for CZ, SK, PL).
When racer can ask for invoice
Racer can request invoice for the registration after the registration is paid and within 10 days of paid registartion. If the request past 10 days deadline, we cannot proceed any invoice to the racer.
What information racer must send
Each racer must send the following information:
- company invoice data (name, address, VAT number)
- first and last name of racer
- ID number of racer. It is a number racer receives in the confirmation mail (do not confuse this number with BIB number)
- name and date of the race
- for subject of the mail write „Invoice“
What if the information will not be complete
If the information racer send will not be complete, we will not be able to create requested invoice so it is very important to send complete information.
Is it possible to receive 1 invoice for team registrations
Yes, it is possible. The request for team must be send in 1 e-mail with all the specification as written above. Each team registration must be paid.
Can more individual registrations be part of 1 invoice
Yes, it is possible. The request for team must be send in 1 e-mail with all the specification as written above.
Where to send the data
Racer must send the request for invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not send it to any other e-mail, such a request will not be proceed.
When racer receives the invoice
Racer will receive the invoice within 7 days after their request.
